Charred wood. Ash. Dark coffee. All on the nose. Full bodied. Nicely complimented malty lingering notes. Caramel. Toffee. Thank goodness they didn't put maple or vanilla in this. Still think this could just be a Barleywine.

Очередной шедевр от Founder’s: имперский коричневый эль сброженный с кофе с острова Суматра и выдержанный в дубовой бочке из-под американского Бурбона. Арома виски сильнейшая. Вкус солодово-кофейный, как всегда, деликатный. На послевкусие горький шоколад.

That smell alone! Wow. Fudgy caramel. Then sweet taste with vanilla and bourbon without being too much. Undoubtly one of the best beers I've had. Surprisingly nice with soo much boozy bourbon as aftertaste.

WOW This beer is so good. Absolutely the best Brown Ale I’ve ever had. Simply delicious it is. Made my way to Cave City, KY today. Work here 2 days then head to Nacodoches, TX on Thursday. Cheers 🍻
