Cracked a bottle to compare to “He Who Walks Among Monsters”. Aging has mellowed out the maple making it less sweet and made it very smooth.

Sweet smooth cherry flavor. Not what I expected, but very tasty. Tasted like less sweet cherry soda. Definitely don’t taste the 8%!

RASPBERRY! No other flavors come through. On a blind taste test I would have sworn it was a sour, not a stout

Flavor is CHOCOLATE! All other flavors are overwhelmed by the chocolate. Good, but should be more well balanced.
