More chocolate. Less coffee. Tried it next to 2019. Chocolate and bourbon.

This has aged nicely. The roastiness is there with nice chocolate and booze on the nose. The booze has a subsided and has rounded into a smooth, balanced imperial stout. Feel like time did this guy well.

Came into it's own. Nice and smooth, flavors are the best they'll get for the 2018 batch. Barrel is present and heavy, but still lets coffee and chocolate come through.

4 days shy of its 3rd birthday and this baby right here is packing a coffee punch with a chocolate latte kinda vibe Sooooo delicious I believe I'll have another!

Nice bourbon nose. First taste is bitter chocolate and and hot booze. More sweetness and roasty flavors as it warms. Feels a little thin. A bit too boozy for my taste, but an excellent BA stout over all.

Delicious high alcohol stout. Slight bourbon nose with bigger alcohol finish.

Simply put, my favorite beer. Just a perfect chocolate and coffee combination at a decently high level ABV with subtle booziness. Perfection.

Share beer... had this a few weeks! So delicious 😋 Chocolate, bourbon and a tad sweet. Enjoying a good beer (Stout that is!) he likes the shrooms!
