Coffee is still hanging out somehow, but it’s getting earthy. Oak is dominant for sure. Not as much bourbon in this one.

Sorry, this one of my classic wow beers of all time. Nowadays there are even more complex beers, but I would say this is a classic.

Still good, but still bothers me that I can't taste the beer properly because of barrel taste.

A little thin, booze is just bearable, carbonation is full on, stored perfectly, no barrel presence or even a hint of bourbon. Bit disappointed tbh

Busted out an old friend for the new house. It’s mellowed substantially. Some oak remains, subtle whiskey but not much fire. Lots of creamy milk chocolate. Good.

Chocolate bourbon coffee. Amazing still. Kinda difficult in direct sunshine though.
