Fruity, sour. A lot of citrus. Less funky and dry than the others. More fruity and smooth. Really nice!

Sour and acidic. Quite fruity. Funky. A bit juicy. This might be my favorite of this series so far.

Well carbonated. Sour, citrus peel. Semi dry finish. Let it warm up a bit, it gets more fruity.

Nice and sour. Quite acidic. Some wood from the barrel. Not too dry. Quite carbonated.

Hop Shop

Light, sweet and hoppy with some citrus. A nice break from the heavy stuff.

Hop Opera

Fruity and sweet. Tropical. A bit too sweet for me.

Fruity, lots of berries. Fruity sweetness. Really tasty.

Lime lemonade. Sweet but not too much. Refreshing. Decent.

Very fruity. Balanced. Friendly. A guilty pleasure still.

Fruity, some sweetness and sour. Nothing special, but tasty.

Malty, sweet and light. Not my favourite style. Too simple and malty.

Juicy and hoppy. Easy and light.

Roasty coffee goodness. The last one of the day.

Very juicy and fruity. Easy even. A friendly Cantillon.

Christian Bale Ale

Easy, light, hoppy and bitter. Very decent actually. Will be perfect for a hot summer day.

Nice raspberry sour. Fruity. Good strong flavours.

Fou’ Foune (2022)

Another tasty Cantillon sour. Juicy, apples. Medium dry finish.

Passion Pool

A lot of passion fruit. Sour and a bit tart. Dry finish. Omnomnom.

Peders Pilsner

Sweet with a touch of honey. Refreshing. A good start of MBCC 2023.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen

An easy one for 09:00 in the morning. Light, hoppy, fruity and a good bitter.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022)

Well balanced cherry sour. Just a tad dry. Tasty! I love this stuff.

Goliat Bourbon Barrel Aged (2020)

Thick bourbon. Coffee. Sweet. A well rounded little miracle.

Oude Geuze Boon (2019-2020)

Tart and citrusy. A layer of funk. Not as dry as expected.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Omnomnom. Coffee! It's served a bit too cold. But coffee, dark chocolate and the fudge are there. Very tasty! Hopefully I can try this one again at home soon.

Dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Tasty and decent. Goes down fast...

Damn. Passion fruit! Love the stuff. It's sweet and fruity. Not too boozy. So full. Wonderful.

Omnomnom. Fruity and tart. Good sweet backbone for the balance.

Nice soft sour cherry flavour. But very easy going. Almost creamy. An old favourite.

Quite floral and hoppy.

Dry and sour. Apples. An easy drinker. Always nice.

Well, this ain't beer. More like strawberry juice. Tasty and refreshing, but nothing special.

Funky, an acidic edge and that nice acai flavour. I'm almost back in Brazil. Nice and full.

Dirty Bastard (2021)

Smooth, malty, coffee. A bit thin, but a lot of flavour.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Like chocolate with mandarin. Quite a distinct taste.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

The nitro makes this soft and velvety. There is chocolate, coffee and the barrel is subtle. It's so very well balanced.

Mine Is Bigger Than Yours: Port & Bourbon Barrel Aged (2021)

The first thing you smell is the port barrel. The taste is full, sweet and almost silky. Despite it's high abv it's not boozy. I detect some plum and dried fruit. This is really nice and exactly what I look for in a barley wine.

Bourista

Full bodied with some sweetness, figs and plums. Boozy. They went easy on the lactose luckily. Less coffee than expected. Tasty!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019)

Dry, funky and tart. Sharp. How Lambic should be.

Do Stuff Together

I like light beers with good flavours. Hoppy and tropical. A bit thin but hey, 4,7%! I like it.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2021)

Yep, that's sour! Lots of cherry, and a slight woody flavour in the background. Just what I needed right now.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018)

A boozy chocolate bourbon bomb still. So good, so tasty.

Kriek Boon (2020)

It's sweet and fruity. Cherry, but like those winegum cherries. Guilty pleasure still.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9%

This has aged well. Still lots of roasty coffee, bourbon and bitterness. It seems to have lost a bit of sharpness in favour of smoothness.

Oude Geuze A L’Ancienne VAT 108bis Mono Blend

Tart and dry. Good carbonation. Just a little sweetness there. Full flavoured.

Vibrant P'ocean

Ok, the first one I had a while ago was definitely bad. This one tastes much better! Flanders red with berries. Very floral and a bit tart. Tasty and balanced.
