Aged until today, i remember 2018 being very alcoholy, but it’s mellowed out a lot now.

Brought back the bourbon from 2017! Creamy and coffee.

Don’t know that the age has done it much favor. Get a little oxidization and bourbon barrel takes center stage. A little thinner than I’m used to, too.

The heat of the bourbon has calmed wayyy down. Mostly chocolate with wood and a slight heat on the backend.

i think i enjoyed this one a bit more than the vintages i had the other day. not awesome, but not too boozy. i think these are better cold.
