I'm just not convinced by the other reviews here. I'm not saying it's bad, because it's a good beer, but I'm not getting enough bourbon or enough coffee here for me. Falls a bit flat of expectations.

Bottled 10/15/20. Green pepper in the aroma already. WTH? Dark coffee still present, but also a touch vegetal. Little barrel. Disappointing

Virile ! Le fut de chêne est de trop à mon goût, le café est bien présent. Très bonne bière tout de même.

Proper toffee/coffee nose, syrupy body and a char/bitter fin that lingers with coco nibs and nuts. BB lacking, but a solid variant
