Chocolate caramel sweetness, coffee bitterness, charred bourbon barrel. Extremely heavy, velvety mouthfeel, short aftertaste.

Altijd lekker. Meer koffie en minder bourbon dan voorgaande jaren. Ik heb liever iets meer bourbon en een mildere koffiesmaak.

The guy who sold me this at beer sauce shop said it was the best stout made this year hands down...and for 2020 that says a lot ! And now I’m about to be schooled !!!

Better than last years version in my opinion. Biggest difference is in the mouthfeel and taste for me. Mouthfeel was a little thicker and the bourbon didn’t overpower the chocolate and coffee for me. The oak barrels are definitely present though.

First we’ve had of the OG ‘20. Which I guess isn’t stamped with year anymore (now being “year round”). Great as always

Tasted back to back w 2019, 2020 was bolder with a ton of vanilla.
