Long day + 11.9% = giddiness. Donât think cellaring this would benefit it. Great depth of coffee and bourbon. Only thing missing would be a cinnamon encrusted rim on the glass.

Wow! That's really good. Not too syrup-y like some other bourbon barrel brews I've had. Very well balanced. Like all things in this universe should be.

Cocoa and coffee. Amazing mouthfeel. Thick like a chocolate shake. Definitely has that barrel wood touch to it.
