Espresso and chocolate are really expressive on the nose with some “greener” oak notes backing it up. It really does have a cozy coffee house vibe. Maple it subtle but provides a not too cloying sweetness. Super rich and fudgie. Surprisingly 11%

Bought this on an odd impulse (still generally anti founders) but this is surprising. Very well cohered, slightly bitter, but short lived. Does not taste like 11% 😳

Founders brews another good KBS. Definitely getting the fudge and coffee but it’s not too sweet or boozy. Smooth for 11% and perfect for this cold day

From last night... I was impressed! A bit thin, but I really enjoyed the coffee & maple flavors. Wasn’t picking up much chocolate for some reason. Like drinking a sweetened cold brew. Tasty stuff
