Politics aside, an awesome beer! I will enjoy tonight at this beer dinner, but still won’t buy Founders until they get right!

Pretty quality. Very rich, though that kind of normalizes over the course of the beer. Glad to have had it, don't know if I'd get again for the price.

Wow this is super sweet after the bitter stout. Big aromas & chocokate & oaky sweetness.

Chocolate, coffee and fudge. Vanilla and some nutty flavors. Bourbon flavors comes more when the temperature goes up. Well balanced and medium sweet with a good boosy and bitter bite.

Wow absolutely delicious, like a burnt dark sugar fudge finish but then you have the whiskey, coffee and a slight salty finish. Thick and definitely a dessert finisher. Not much of an alcohol bite tho so more like a treacle syrup finish.

REALLY tasty. Nice chocolate. Coffee comes in at the end but mellows...or maybe it just got me drunk because it's 11%.

Bottled on 10/26/20, still thick with fudge chocolate and an extremely smooth yet not overpowering bourbon/whiskey flair. There is maple and and candied cherry even. Similar on the nose. Solid 4.35-4.4, I love the tribute to Michigan staples.
