Chocolate fudge for sure and foremost...pinch of maple and bourbon...not bad. If this waa a touch thicker with more maple and some more bourbony warmth it would be a 5.

Loved this. This is how you do maple correctly is a stout. Notes of maple but not overpowering sweetness. If anything, roast and fudge notes still dominate
