Not a ton of maple or fudge, but a really solid imperial stout

Re-rate! Coffee was less bitter this bottle. Fairly intense beer. Not getting much maple or barrel though. Coffee and fudge are dominant. Bitter aftertaste lingers.

Stout season in full effect. Loads of flavor and super smooth. Founders stouts never fail.

It’s not CBS, but it’s close. An absolute fudge bomb, and great coffee flavor on back end. Not as much maple, but I’m not complaining.

Mild sweet chocolate taste overshadowed by the bourbon finish. Good, just unbalanced. Thanks Chris H.

This delicious roasty stout balanced rich chocolate and just a touch of sweetness and full body. Gave reason to hold on letterman jacket last 25 years for mackinac connection in backdrop pic. Well done Founders.

Not bad but I can taste nothing but fudge. Wish there were more barrel.

That is fantastic. Lots of chocolate and lots of coffee. Also pretty boozey. Nice beer.

Holy Balls! This is the best stout ive ever tasted. Chocolate over coffee, with a hint of grahm cracker. Smooooooooooooooooth 11%
