Intense fudge and some coffee but maple and barrel not really detectable. A bit too sweet for my liking. I will stick to KBS or CBS.

Talk about a dessert beer this big boy is liquid fudge. Nice beer but one is more than enough

I'm glad I picked one up, but it's not as good as I'd hoped it'd be.

Thick with heat and balanced maple and fudge and coffee. A bit too hot but the nice flavors come through.

Not my fave style but really appreciate the strong fudge flavor on the back end, and surprisingly not too boozy

Quite good! Fudgy and boozy. Maple is subtle. Stronger on the nose. Choco bitterness and roasty sweetness.

Thank you John for this beer! I really liked the first sip. After that a strange cigarette like taste started coming through. Would be absolutely phenomenal otherwise

Mild sweet chocolate taste overshadowed by the bourbon finish. Good, just unbalanced. Thanks Chris H.

Chocolatey, rich, not super overpowering. A very nice stout... I’m not getting any maple though

Dark and bitter with strong dark chocolate and coffee notes. Couldn't find the maple flavor in it.

To be fair, I hate Stouts. The smell is amazing and the flavors come through wonderfully. But I still hate stouts...even great stouts. And coffee...I hate coffee.

Beer advent day 20. Not a lot of maple or fudge, but definitely a lot of coffee. Hoping 2021 corrects course.

Smells like fudge with fruity bourbon. Smooth, lots of maple and coffee prominent, then chocolatey.
