Man, I forgot how good this beer was. Great dessert beer after a delicious dinner.

Well balanced fruit, malt and chocolate flavors. Pitch black deliciousness. A must try, and worth keeping a few around.

Decent but I prefer Alberta Clipper by Great Lakes Brewing Company

Black, big creamy tan head, heavy sheet lacing; aroma/taste-raspberry, raspberry, raspberry, chocolate & roasty notes... mostly on the finish. All I could think of was 'a stout trying to imitate Blushing Monk.' Probably be pretty good over some ice cream

Sweet raspberry>choc>coffee aroma. Medium bodied and crisp. Sweet(3), tart(1),raspberry(2),milk choc(2),dark choc(1),coffee(1),bitter(0.5). Great balance. Lot of pop of flavors. Delightful. All I want is more bodied and it’d be perfect. $9/pint.

I think is probably one of the best stouts I have had in a long time. The notes of chocolate and raspberry were perfectly balanced. Best of all it was incredibly SMOOTH.
