Au nez c'est framboise à fond. En bouche on commence par les notes de chocolat/ café torréfiées puis ensuite les notes de framboises qui arrivent pour adoucir l'amertume. C'est vraiment sympa

Dark chocolate, dark coffee, caramel, raspberries, cocoa, and roasted malt. Quite smooth, creamy, sweet, a lil tart, medium body/carb, (overall) a tad roasty, rich, fairly coating, w/no real heat presence. Nice dessert stout.

Een zachte stout met chocolade en duidelijk frambozen. Zoetig en toch een zacht frambozen zuurtje.

Chocolate nose with a fruity hint if raspberry. Good coffee and chocolate taste and a smooth fresh undertone of raspberries.

Is it better than other raspberry stouts, like White Crow’s Bright Night, Won Nation’s Seoulmate, or Hardywood’s? I don’t know; I like them all.

Een aparte combinatie, maar wel lekker. Chocolade en frambozen, best rokerig, gebrand. Zwart bier met een crèmebruine schuimkraag en een bijzondere smaak.
