Losing lots of the original maple sweetness. More oaky bourbon coming through. Still very enjoyable. D

Cleaning out the cellar. Holding up rather well. Maple is much for subdued and doesn’t present near as sweet as I recall. I wouldn’t hold onto this much longer though.

Still a good beer in the macro sense but it takes up too much space now. How things done changed.

Glad we have a bottle in reserve. Tasted side-by-side with the 2018 and I like this one slightly better (more mature).

Mostly coffee and dark chocolate at this point. A little Maple on the finish. Bombers age better

Fln. Smooth and easy drinking. Still some light bourbon and barrel character. Even a hint of maple

So much of the Maple has vanished and the coffee is dominating... let's say I feel it has passed it's peak.

As for the bottle put a fork in this one it's done. Note to self don't age founders beers.
