So much better than 2016. Much fuller, more cohesive, more chocolate less coffee

Tons of chocolate. Aged well over 5+ years. New Glarus glass in honor of the afternoon’s trip to WI.

Really heavy vanilla notes with some of that bourbon burn on the finish. Basically tastes like the beer geek vanilla shake i had last weekend but better.

Ending on a high note. Goes amazingly with 72% Swiss dark chocolate! 💯

Found a 4 pack in my basement. Only gets better with age!

My last 2015 kbs - had to add to 12 beers of Christmas - chocolate roast nose, booze is less subdued roasty coffee, more chocolate I think if I left it another year it would turn

Flattened out a bit but still delicious. Happy New Year, beer-drinking friends.

Wow thick dust on this bottle!! After cellar dwelling just over 5 years it's still as good as if not better than day 1!! Flavorful and perfect finish.

Vertical tasting after 2014 bottle. 2015 has more chocolate and coffee, still lots of bourbon, nearly as smooth as 2014. Best before 12/02/2015

Still has a frothy full bodied mouth feel on the front end and a great balance of bourbon on the back end - not much bitterness. This one aged very, very well

Packing up our Los Angeles apartment! 2015 bought in Minneapolis. It’s held up very nice for a 6 year old beer! Skol.

Roasted coffee, chocolate fudge center, and a bourbon finish. Doesn't get much better.

Aged 6 years... Apparently that's too long. I don't want to ruin the original rating, but this is MUCH lower than a 5* unfortunately. Much of the flavor seems to have disappeared. Oh well, bottoms up!

NLIP. Last 2015 in the beer cellar. No heat on it but plenty of flavor.

An oldie, but a goodie. Fabulous Sunday beer on a warm October day.

Losing its carb and getting a little thin, but still delicious.
