This batch is 4.7%. I think I’m tasting jalapeño and green pepper. Not as spicy hot as some batches.

The smokiness of the poblano peppers is the first thing you get from this pour. I love a good chili derived beer as much as the next guy, but this pour seems to only want to focus on the pepper and ignores any other intricacies. Had high hopes.

All day IPA for base? This is a little spicy, but not too spicy. Jalapeños stand out. A little hoppy, but pepper flavor is most present.
