Panther Cub Haik

An excellent dessert beer. Vanilla. Maple. A hint of bourbon. Roasty maltiness. Lightly sweet. Bottled 1-29-21. This one ages well.

Nitro Oatmeal Stout Haik

One of the tastiest oatmeal stouts out there! I've been drinking this one since 2003 or so and the taste has not changed since. Smooth and creamy. Roasty. Oatmeal! Reminds a little of Samuel Smith's. Thin and light body. Chrushable.

Vino De Naranja Haik

Boozy. Caramel. Interesting wine flavor. Smooth. Sweet medium roasted maltiness.

All Day Haze Haik

Citrusy! Piney. Bitter. I've only tried a few hazy session IPA's, this one is really good...it's not very hazy, but the dry hopped flavor is there.

Sweet medium roasted maltiness. Caramel. Some toffee too.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Haik

Like the regular delicious KBS (bourbon barrel aged imperial oatmeal coffee stout), but with some cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Very tasty dessert stout! Strong bourbon. Warming. The adjuncts in this one work really well.

SnowSpeeder ESB Haik

Sweet medium roasted maltiness. Smooth. Slight caramel. Slight coffee. Slightly bitter.

Harvest Ale (2021) Haik

Lots of hop flavors here! Melony! Citrusy! Kind of fruity. Pretty good batch this year.

Solid Gold Haik

Crisp and clean. Sweet maltiness. Light body. Slightly hoppier than most domestic macro lagers. Tasting some rice or corn like the macro lagers.

Scarlet Dawn IPA Haik

Sweet medium roasted maltiness. Hoppy! Bitter. Citrusy. Reminiscent of Reds Rye, but a little lighter body and flavor.

Dankwood Haik

Aged (unintentionally) for 3 years...does not age well. Hops are pretty much non existent. Bourbon has faded a little, but it's still very boozy. Taste caramelly. Kind of watery and stale.

Mosaic Promise Haik

I gotta say, for a pale ale, this is so flavorful. Hoppy, but not insanely hoppy. Light body. Slighty citrusy. Crisp. Dry. Slight melon.

Blueberry Braggot Haik

Tasty braggot! Blueberries taste fresh and great. Sweet. Tart. Honey. Malty...unfortunately my beer got knocked over shortly after this picture and I only had about 5 ounces. ;(

120 Minute IPA (2021) Haik

Not sure why it's called a triple, when it's a quad (maybe beyond..), but whatever, it taste great. Sweet maltiness. Full body. Extremely hoppy. Bitter. Floral. Slightly tropical fruity. Warming. Excellent ale, but worth $12 a 12 ounce, not so sure.

Geodos Lemon Herbal Wheat Haik

Strong lavender. Decent amount of lemon. Very floral, almost soapy. I like it, definitely unique, a little bit much on lavender for me so I mixed it with Red's Rye, taste great this way (90% Red's Rye).

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Haik

I believe it taste like a highball whiskey...at least I imagine, never had one. Taste like whiskey and Coca-Cola. Sweet. Boozy. Orange. Cherries. Beer meets cocktail. I like it. Unique!

Skyshift Haik

Very floral. Blueberries too. Slightly sweet. Light body. Not picking up much salt or gose characteristics.

Brick N’ Mortar Smoked Porter Haik

Very roasty. Smoky! Notes of chocolate and coffee from the malts.

Rye Or Die Roggenbier Haik

Strong rye, especially a few days ago when I tried. Caraway seeds! It tasted like liquid rye bread, now the flavor has mellowed, and it seems very undercarbonated. Now there is more taste of licorice and root beer. Sweet medium roasted maltiness.

All Day Vacay Haik

Very light body, which is great for a hot day and especially if you want to drink a bunch of them. Smooth. Wheat. Ever so slightly hoppy. Slightly citrusy.

Very Berry! Tart, sweet and fruity. Tequila is kind of faint, maybe too much prickly pear. Either way, it taste great.

Tube Sock Haik

Earthy and grassy. Slightly bitter.

Nemesis (2021) Haik

Sweet medium roasted maltiness. Boozy warming. Hops come through. Slightly piney. Slightly chocolatey. I haven't had a Founders barleywine since 2012! I'm not usually a big fan of BW's, but this one is pretty dang good.
