Why did I not open this sooner... This is my spirit animal in IPA form. Nothing about it screams 12% or Doom. It's a very well-balanced BIG DIPA. It's got a nice boozy nose, but nothing else tells you it's so big. More of this please!!!

Bedst før 2018 😂 Vild duft af fermenteret hø. Boblende, men aftagende skum. Fedtet spicy alkohol og tør humle. Støvede noter af pærer og ristede hasselnødder. Det er et hvidt næsehorn af en øl; sjælden power og elegance i fin harmoni

Very unusual - hoppiness is tamed by the barrel aging. Rich warmness with hints of bourbon.

Not sure if this was 2018, ‘17 or another yes edition but I found it in Three Rivers CA in 2019. It’s been closeted since then, not cellared “properly” and served at room temp. I suspected it would be awful cuz I forgot about it for a few years but it was

Sweet boozy maltiness. Hoppy. Bitter. Kind of syrupy.
