Decent imperial red, but would like a lot more hoppiness for a red IPA.

Very unusual - hoppiness is tamed by the barrel aging. Rich warmness with hints of bourbon.

KBS Mole Hanko

Coffee, chocolate, and pepper flavors but missing some of the warm richness of similar beers. A little bit of metallic pepper flavor.

CBS 2018 Nitro Hanko

Definitely prefer traditional CBS. Not sure that the nitro adds anything to the beer.

Sleeper Cell Hanko

Superb well balanced DIPA.

Founder’s Cape Codder Hanko

Tons of flavor for a hard seltzer. Excellent cranberry flavor.

French Toast Bastard Hanko

Huge maple syrup flavor. Vanilla and cinnamon come through after and then fades into the slight smokiness of the Scottish ale.

The Headless Gourdsman Hanko

Decent pumpkin beer. Can definitely taste the barrel aging and the maple syrup is slightly noticeable.

Sweet Repute Hanko

Great wheat wine. Just enough maple syrup flavor and bourbon richness.

Four Giants Tropical Treasure Hanko

Fruitiness hides the alcohol content well. Very little hoppy bitterness with a fair amount of residual sweetness. People who don’t like more typical IPAs might like this one.

Porter Hanko

Solid example of the style. Nothing outstanding, but good all around.

Very metallic, almost chemically flavor.

Pleasant sweetness from the agave nectar, otherwise an average tripel.
