Bloody love this and you will too if you enjoy dessert stouts 👌 This one serves coffee notes perfectly balanced with a maple-syrup-chocolate-fudge sweetness that makes me surprised it doesn’t have the viscosity of syrup. Well played Founders Brewing👏

Chocolade erg aanwezig in de geur. Qua smaak is de battle aged smaak overheersend. Erg lekker en een bom van smaak.

Maple nose but the taste is subtle. Lots of chocolate, little sweet and roasty, nice amount of strength, tasty. BOD 10/26/20

Guess the line between a "sour-y" stout & a bittery one is fine.. If you know what I mean.. I more or less stopped drinking my fav style at the time (this) due to I noticed an increase in "sour" stouts.. Or was it just my taste buds playing tricks? 😄

Comfort beer #2. I'm going with a 6 month check in on this beauty. Smoothing out nicely! A minor loss in coffee and maple aroma. But still outstanding! 🍺🍻🍺
