Tasting the fudge, but not so much the maple. So sweet, a taster is perfect. I don’t know that I could do a pint.

Fudge, cocoa and coffee notes dominate. You're right Derek S., this is pretty good! Just let it warm up. The bourbon and maple notes are lighter than expected.

Love good stouts and this is one. Chocolate and bourbon aroma with a fudge chocolate and light bourbon taste. 11% ABV is non existent. Founder's is one of the best at brewing stouts.

This is Lervig's "Sippin' Into Darkness" in all but name. Aroma on opening is all chocolate. Taste is like an iced mocha from Starbucks. Cannot taste any booze. It's so smooth. And now I need to change my plans and buy as many of these as I can.

Geweldige smaken, net wat te dun wat mij betreft. Koffie loopt over in amandelen, caramel en dan chocolade.

Finally spending a day on the slopes. Blue bird day and bar is basically empty. Sweet, maple, and fudge up front with light coffee and oak in the finish. Aroma is coffee and fudge.
