3.7 Azacca , mosaic, cascade, nothing special but drinks really clean & balanced, not picking up any of that milk sugar

Crispy & refreshing grapefruity & piney aroma w. mango. Somewhat dry & bitter citrus, slightly fruity pine, some pineapple, smooth & balanced. Lingering bitter grapefruity finish. 8-3-7-4-15

I went back and forth on the rating for this one. It kind of went back and forth between being malty sweet and having a hoppy bitterness. Amster rating:”there’s a bit of a bit to this one”
