Pours clearish bright mid purple, not much head, nose is funky woody and dry, smooth and quite still in the mouth, low carb, very balanced woody depth with some lemon and pepper. Very balanced.

Pours medium purple, nose is vineous with cherry, puckering sourness in the mouth, dry and fluffy, a bit lacking body and punch.

Light, crisp, citrus, mild bitter finish.

Nemesis (2021) Davies

Pours thinnish looking mid brown, no head, nose is classic barleywine, full smooth body, low carb, burnt sugar sweetness into quite strong bitter finish.

Moon Rambler IPA Davies

Pours bright mid gold, massive tight white head, nose is sweet and grassy, light almost pils body, a bit of sweetness, very mild bitter finish.

Big Lushious Davies

Pours thick dark brown, loose medium brown head, straight raspberry puree on the nose, thick full body, chocolate with a hint of coffee, nice.

Nath (2020) Davies

Pours medium orange with a blush of pink, mild funk on the nose with clear rhubarb smell, full body, smooth, rhubarb taste, not too dry, very mellow, super drinkable.

Fou' Foune (2020) Davies

Pours medium orange, slightly hazy, bright white head, sweet ripe apricots on the nose with some funk behind, medium full body, quite fizzy, some woody funk, dry, apricot sweetness into the finish.

Cereal, bitter, meh.

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake Davies

Pours thick black, small dark brown tight head, nose is sweet maple, smooth thick body, vanilla, roasty, strong coffee and a little too bitter on the end as per Mikkeller normal style. Big warming beer.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Davies

Boozy roasty nose, medium body, coffee, a little hot, sticky and rich, decent. Will try it again with some age.

Foret Limousine Medium Toasted Davies

Nose is sweet candy sugar, big oaky body, no booze detected, very smooth, dry, figs and molasses, sweet and delicious.
