Funny to see the stuff that used to be sought after commonplace on tap. Maple is very subtle this year in comparison to other years.

Wow, this is Founders’ best version of their breakfast stout I have yet to try. Just enough maple and sweetness to be balanced by the hops. Wow.

Now that we've got in adult in the Whitehouse, and the crazies haven't risen up in rebellion, I don't have to flee to Canada. Still this CBS is just fine.

A taste of home (and Canada?) on this big day! Perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not strong in alcohol.

Made it through my first forced week back on site in the COVID petrie dish. Treated myself this week, and no Space Kitty in the house. 😀. Life is good!

I like the OG KBS or even the maple fudge over this guy, but it's no slouch. A bit too sweet. Thought it might have more coffee notes.
