Bottled in August 2021. Smooth chocolate and coffee flavor with a little sweet bourbon flavor. While very good it doesn’t hold up against some of the better barrel aged stouts.

I would rate this but I think this store it came from had this beer sitting in a furnace, don’t buy from Mel’s they overcharge as well.

Simpelweg teleurstellend. Deze komt af en toe voorbij op Reddit en wordt altijd opgehemeld. Vrij weinig smaak, alleen donkere coco en koffie. Geen barrel aged praktijken te proeven helaas.

BO: 13.10.2021. В ароме порто, бурбон и кофе. Во вкусе алкашно-древесный бурбоновый стаут-крепыш со жжёным, немного кислым кофе. Вторая половина пьётся ещё лучше.
