The oak and dark chocolate notes have mellowed out and blended nicely, however the toastiness and coffee has almost completely faded. In all, a very nice aging process; transitioning well from bold and flavorful, to mellow and well balanced.

Sweet and very strong, but not quite boozy; with a nice combination of thick chocolate and rich coffee.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Panzera
Deep and still very rich, although I feel like the cinnamon has faded a bit... however the bitter, dark chocolate taste is still balanced well with the sweet vanilla.

That barrel aged oakiness is just as strong as ever, however I feel like it has become more dry and the coffee notes have faded since I last tried it; and they have been replaced with a more prevalent, dark, bitter-sweet chocolate taste.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Panzera
Strong, but after two years in the cellar, it has mellowed out nicely. The bourbon taste and roastiness has faded a bit, however the notes of coffee and dark chocolate are deeper and more complex.

Rich and slightly boozy, with a surprisingly sweet, raisin taste. It honestly reminds me more of a barley wine than an IPA...

Incredibly smooth, with a mild sweetness that is balanced perfectly with that bourbon barrel taste, allowing the vanilla to still show through. I am pleasantly surprised with how smooth and balanced it is.

Strong and with that distinct barrel aged taste, along with notes of sweet maple syrup and some left over bourbon. I was afraid it would be syrupy and overly sweet, however it is actually nicely balanced.
