A nice mix this year of bourbon, oak, coffee and chocolate. Nothing really overwhelms anything else.

Ehm, the batch weakened.. lost its typical barrel touch, but retained the coffee. Not a good development

Smell of coffee, coconut, vanilla and bourbon. Taste is a bit burning, bourbon-like, and hits as the first. Solid coffee and roasted notes follow, and finally some sweet vanilla and coconut. A bit too boozy and bitter for me.

Again had hoped for more. It's probably slightly better than 4.25 but it isn't quite 4.5 caliber. This bourbony burn with notes of vanilla and chocolate. Just thinner and less complex than I'd expect.

Still the breakfast of champions, only bourbonized! Super well balanced. At 12%, certainly dangerous.
