Really well balanced with the barrel aging and vanilla. Doesn’t have the boozy characteristics I don’t enjoy from BA beers.

Definitely getting the maple flavor. A little boozy but good.

Better than many stouts I’ve tried. Would easily pass as a stout. And it’s good too!

T-24 hours until it’s blizzard time. Got all my supplies, including this, so I’m ready to not leave the house for three days.

Lower key than I expected, but a great slightly sweet and syrupy porter.

Nice BA Stout, lots of vanilla, some wood notes in the flavor, little boozy on the nose. Pretty smooth and easy drinking

Beer bought for me by the Founders rep. Work beers. Buckeye beers. Conference room beers.

Thick and creamy mouthfeel and perfectly balanced! Another amazing offering from Founders.

Maple is slight. Not a ton of flavor, as expected for a porter. But. Well-balanced and smooth.

Absolutely fabulous! Rich, smooth, and delicious! Smooth like Reggie Miller in an airborne freeze frame

Extremely well balanced. Nuanced flavors with the barrel aging only being a small part of the character. Drinkable x10.

Not a stout, but still really good. Maple not overpowering, much like the whole beer. A lot of maple coffee flavor and scents. Subtle chocolate and roast. Bourbon barrel is slightly there. Delicious beer and really drinkable for being a BBA.

Super smooth with lots of vanilla up front. Not overly boozy for a BBA.

Such a solid barrel aged beer! Surprising that it’s a Porter so it’s not as heavy as you’d think. But it hits like a nice bourbon barrel ale!

First release was better. Has a fake vanilla taste to me
