Never really found the maple or vanilla through the barrel. Not super boozy though

2 - 5's in one day... how fortunate is that, this is another awesome stout that is barrel ages and full of flavor....

Pretty amazing if you ask me. Nice balance of flavors.

Get the woody char from the barrel aging complimented by the touch of vanilla and maple. These ingredients and process are a match made in heaven. Delightful! 4️⃣🔹7️⃣5️⃣ Gotta call a ♠️ a ♠️. Can't wait to see how the flavors evolve with bottle aging.

Some might say it’s simplistic, but I’d argue that the greatest feats are so because those performing them make it look easy. It’s on my side of the fence that Panther Cub falls.

Don’t taste the bourbon barrel but the vanilla and slight maple syrup is tasty. Would definitely drink again

This is really nicely balanced. Vanilla and maple are present without being overbearing or sickly sweet. The bourbon barrel adds just enough character.

A lot going on with this one. The vanilla, maple and bourbon noted on the label are there, plus notes if chocolate and cinnamon. Rich and boozy but good if you're in the mood for that. Enjoyed while watching an excellent Mike Birbiglia zoom show.

Good but feels acidic after the first drink. Sweet and boozy.

Good, as expected from Founders. Amazing vanilla, nice hints of syrup, and some bourbon lurking around in there.

Wow the coffee nose is taking me back to childhood. Really excited to try this one. It lives up to the reputation.

Great thic body, the adjuncts mellow well despite young age to be a balanced sweet/roasty/malty ale

Wonderful. Roast bitterness aftertaste keeps this from being perfect. Strong vanilla and maple makes this one of the sweeter beers I've had. Tastes like there are chocolate nibs in there but I'm pretty sure that's malt.

Really good. Vanilla forward. Nice balance with barrel aging.

This is a hefty 9.2% alcohol, which it hides amongst all the malt. This is something you have to drink by itself. Not bad, but a bit malty for my taste.

Boozy berries on the nose. Flat with no carbonation. Sickly sweet in the mouth, a combo of both maple and Imitation vanilla. Not a big fan. Ok to taste, but that sweetness fatigues over 2/3 a can. And you hope for the booze to kick in to finish it.
