Just cracked a 2017 bottle of KBS. Don’t recommend cellaring for five years 😂 Though not awful

Cellared properly! No oxidation, bitter cacao, dark chocolate, roasty coffee, espresso, bourbon, brownie batter, bakers chocolate

Opened up a bomber last weekend. Drinking great! Smooth with proper carbonation. Believer chocolate and coffee notes

2022 drink: So so so good. All the flavors are aging beautifully. Not too sweet. Amazing.

Last 2017 KBS from my cellar. Really smooth after 5 years of aging.

Lost some flavor over the years. Coffee flavor not as strong. Barrel kind of faded.

Nicely complex at 5 years. Bourbon was prominent but very good flavor.
