Didn't know how this would age and turned out very well. The hop punch was all but gone. The bookings had mellowed to the right amount and the malt wasn't too sweet. Paired great with a cuban cigar.

The menu said 2018, but there is no vintage for that year, so I'm guessing this is a 2017. They did a great job preserving the hops (unlike my own basement)

More back boxes… this malt-bomb is basically a poor man barleywine at this point… boozy & tart & not meant to age!
