First braggot, like the balance between mead and beer, a little too much blueberry but very smooth and refreshing

While I am rockin the “tweety bird” image with the foam in my cup. this beer is more like a wine sangria. Rename it and sit me at a winery. I would drink it all day long and give it a higher rating. But I am at a brewery drinking beer wanting a beer.

The darker of the two five oz pours. The first taste was cough syrupy, but later tastes were mellower, more blended. The mead quality is ascendent.

Blueberry and honey. Slight tart blueberry but sweet honey finish. Very good

Red-tinted beige foam, full. Fruity blueberry nose. Medium body & carbonation. Tart blueberry finish, hint of astringency maybe, but still mostly pleasant.

Pretty decent! A little less sweet and more sour than anticipated. However, it's worth grabbing a sixer if you are at Founders. 🍻

It’s hard to describe the flavor, it’s strong on the fruit but with a slight bitterness I can’t place.

Thought this would have a little different flavor considering that it has a mead profile. Slight blueberry flavor.

Super berry. Slightly bitter. The honey adds a nice touch. It’s interesting. Barrel age it in tequila.

Founders Advent Day #13 Bottled 6.8.21. Not quite sure on this one yet, this maybe my first Mead-Braggot ✓ in. Verdict is still out, rating may change once this beer is gone.
