3 extra years of aging has definitely changed the flavor.

THIS IS A BROWN!?!? It just tastes like an old fashioned?!? This old fashioned single bottled-ly made me like brown ales...

Wow. This beer is absolutely amazing. Goes down like an old fashion but with a carbonated beer taste. You need to try this. It is unlike anything else

Taste very similar to an Old Fashion. Even bitters from orange peel.

Boozy with brown sugar notes. Booze is upfront and in your face. Orange peel and bitters finish.

That is VERY interesting. Was not expecting that at all!!!

HOLY SHIT, this is WILD. Has a bit of that old fashioned flavor and then the Carmel and the vanilla come on the backend. Never had a beer like this. Man this is good.

Hits the flavor profile of an old fashioned perfectly. Wonderfully done.

Nice, sweet, but not artificial or cloying sweetness. I could drink this all day. A sneaky 11.5 with no hint of overly aggressive alcohol flavoring.

Scary how close to an ols fashion this taste like.

Not as good as Dankwood or Backwoods Bastard but definitely a contender.

This is an excellent cocktail inspired beer. They nail a recipe that will stand the test of time.

Yep. So unique and delicious. The orange zest is really obvious. Lots of bright clear flavors.

Delicious! Captures every flavor note from an old fashioned without the heavy boozy flavor. Terrific!

Founders always brings quality. Kind of has a barleywine feel. Tasty.

Tastes like a legit old fashioned. Cherry and orange with a touch of bitterness. Not too sweet. Tastes like a barelywine base. Everything is perfectly balanced. Not the best beer in the world but 10/10 for style and category.

This is a 5. No dispute. A 5'er.

This beer is unbelievable! I would give it a 5+ if I could. Not too boozy yet so smooth. You guys should grab this if you get the chance. I bought a single but will be stocking up when I get the chance.

That is dead on. The name and art hint at an old fashioned and the description gives it away, but all you need is a taste and you’ll get the maraschino and vermouth notes with sweet bourbon goodness. I’m not wholly unconvinced this isn’t just a beer.

Beautiful balance of boozy, cherry and orange. Could drink several of these.

God bless Michigan & Founders Brewing❗️sensational tasty Carmel vanilla cherry 🍒 orange 🍊flavor in a bourbon barrel aged not overly rich or boozy body…just adds to the intensity of flavors😋🍻
