Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Brown Ale - American

They don't make 'em like they used to... or do they? The bottle shop series is a tribute to the folks who supported ragtag brewer's across the country when craft beer was in its infancy. when beer enthusiasts sought out innovation through big flavor, in your face complexity and revered quality above all else. This series is for you: the distinguished beer connoisseur still seeking the revolution that energized the industry we know today -- that settles for nothing less then the very best!

Riktigt fin dubbelbrunis.

Let's drift awhile. Aroma: oak, vanilla, cherries & oranges. Taste mirrors the aroma perfectly, getting vanilla, orange & cherry up front with toasted bread notes. Mildly moderate bitterness of grass & pine hops. Boozy sweet over heat. Great nightcap!

Wow, a new favorite, glad it quickly caught my eye! The orange peel and bitters come through so well. You’d have no clue this is 11%, and yet it’s not because of overbearing sweetness. There’s notes of brown sugar but no syrupy effect.

Cold: much smoother more balanced cold. There is a strong cherry flavor which I didnt love. I have never had a highball so I cant judge how accurate the flavor is.
