Troebel kastanje met romige lichtbeige kop. Zoet, eik en sinaasappelschil in de neus. Iets plakkerig. Volzoete body van fruit en karamel. Sinaasappel met vanille in de afdronk. Complex, maar mist een tegenhanger (bittere afdronk) om echt top te zijn.

Semesteravslutning. Mycket doft. Smak av sirapslimpa kolanyanser och honung. Lite syrlig men väldigt rund i smaken.

Seems just like a highball, maybe with less cherry. The color in the glass looks spot on, just the right hint of red. Plenty of bourbon and brown sugar. Fruity, but can’t quite get the cherry as I would want if I was tending bar.

Avslutar med riktig pang och sötsliskighet! Klibbig, bourbonfatslagrad och mustig brownale som liknar en stark likör! Karamell och lätt spritighet kan verkligen vara helt rätt. Gillas i måttlig mängd och vid rätt tillfälle. Som nu! 👌
