Opaak zwart met fijn viest schuim. Melkchocolade, vanille en een vleugje bourbon in de neus. Dik, fluweelzacht mondgevoel. Zoete body van melkchocolade. Koffie, vanille en bourbon in de afdronk. Very nicely done!

Dayum!! Need to buy more of this. Reminds of a Scotch Ale, rich and satisfying. Oak for me is fairly light

Smooth - light chocolate and coffee with slight creaminess with just enough sweet. Pool worthy!

I prefer underground mountain quite a bit more than this, but good on Founders for developing the brown ale style. Looks like root beer. Tastes like a coffee stout, with punishing roast bitterness and ashy texture. Should be more sweet, grainy, & creamy.
