Not nearly as rich as I would’ve expected and more barrel than I expected. Even better close to room temp. It’s pretty good.

Definitely chocolaty but with an odd boozy over all flavor. An enjoyable drink but it lacks the drop off malty end.

I suggest you try RYE BARREL AGED BROWN ALE (no coffee, chocolate nor vanilla needed). That’s a party in your mouth.

Very deceiving! Super smooth, very flavorful. Surprised by how light bodied it is, not a bad thing though. High abv is well masked. Very rich w/ a good sweetness. Good brew!

Way more coffee than I would have guessed from the description. I didn’t mind, but it could be a reasonable annoyance. Also a bit thinner-feeling than expected for the ABV. Again, not a nuisance but slightly disappointing.

Meh...I'm beered out. Had food and caffeinated pop but still more tired than anything so I can't accurately review a beer. I think I'll slosh when I walk from drinking so much.

A little too thin for anything called imperial. Vanilla, chocolate and bourbon are equally present. Coffee is a little light. It’s like a session KBS.

Pretty smooth for an imperial brown, lots of coffee notes that match that of Breakfast Stout, brings me back to the old days when breakfast stout was so limited I used to buy a case

Tasty & bit unique (for the style)! On both smell and taste: Coffee w/ definitely some other things going on in the background. Not too sweet (yay)...just enough to round it out. Still trying to decide if I can detect influence of bourbon barrel 🤷♂️

Pretty heavy coffee but fairly smooth. Not my favorite from Founders.
