Rich and thick without being overpowering or chewy. Lactose malty sweet, coffee, then vanilla all in excellent balance. A joy to savor.

The absolute best brown ale I have ever tasted. If I had it in a blindtest I would rate it as a beautiful stout. Super impressed. Love it

2nd round beer with dessert. Unreal. Glass of cold brew coffee. Big chocolate thing. Caramel. Unbelievable. Would never guess the abv.

Beer 18 in the Beer Hawk advent calendar. Smooth, lots of cocoa and coffee flavours. Gorgeous!

Gods love Founders. You simply cannot go wrong with any of their Brown Ales. I mean everything they make is good, but... mmmmmm.

What an amazing beer absolutely at this point one of my favorites. I just love the fact that it’s an imperial brown with coffee chocolate and vanilla.

Reminiscent of Kahlúa and milk. The bourbon acts as an alcohol flavor and aroma character to help sell the Kahlúa. It’s pretty sweet up front but the high ABV allows it to dry out in the finish.
