For me this one is more on the scotch ale side, I get some coffee that quickly disappears and leaves a strong taste of vanilla and alcohol

Bitter chocolate and coffee, sweet vanilla and bourbon. Smooth.

Very mellow. Sweet up front. Chocolate and vanilla. Nice low hit of coffee at the end.

Interesting beer. Very good, but it's not really what I think of when someone says brown ale

Strong, slightly tangy coffee flavor. Not much bourbon. Pretty decent beer.

Chocolate and coffee aroma. Smooth with coffee, then chocolate & vanilla that melted away to a sweet finish. I don't get any bourbon on the taste however.
