Pale golden color. Minimal aroma. Light body with malt sweetness then a delicate juicy finish with mild bitterness. Drinkable and refreshing.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Fasbinder

Unfortunately there is too much cinnamon. It overwhelmed the other flavors and lingered on the tongue. Leave it out next time, so we can taste all of the other flavors!

Frootwood (2022) Fasbinder

A lot going on with this beer. A hint of cherry with a very sweet aftertaste.

Velvet Rush Fasbinder

Chocolate and coffee aroma. Smooth with coffee, then chocolate & vanilla that melted away to a sweet finish. I don't get any bourbon on the taste however.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Fasbinder

Wow. On draft it was amazing. Huge chocolate aroma, chocolate flavor and a smooth finish.

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Fasbinder

Imperial Stout aroma. Dark, thick and sweet with a hint of chocolate and some acidity at the end with mild bitterness.
