I get the cherry. I get the maple syrup and the bourbon too. The final result seems to fall a bit flat though. Maybe itโs just me. Or might be the unavoidable cough syrup vibe.๐ค๐ BO=11/10/21๐๐ป$4.99/12oz.๐ป

Almost all barrel character. Strong wood & vanilla with a background of bourbon. I donโt really pick up on the maple syrup. Cherry is mostly background. Full body but easily drinkable. Tasty, but A rather odd choice for barrel aging.

Much better than I was expecting for a fruity beer. Really nice bourbon background. A lost like a blonde but much more mellow.

Kind of turning on this one. Almost like a spiced cider than a beer. Mild and tasty. Low carb.

With the maple barrel I was worried it might be syrupy, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was not cloyingly sweet. The cherries were also not over powering.

I know the std pour is 8 oz, I just hate getting a glass half full on arrival. That said, this beer is light but very complex. Maybe a bit cherry? Almost a bit of a champagne character so the flavor ends clipped/tart. Very interesting.

Heavy oak flavor. Thinner bodied than I remember. Good, not spectacular.

Checked this in previously under a different vintage. This is the same vintage. Hit me totally differently this time. Not nearly as impressed. Too sweet and cherry too prominent.

Sweet, smooth, sticky maple, and barrel taste. Cherries taste a little off though, otherwise not bad
