Typical Founders quality KBS varietal. Barrel aging front followed by cinnamon and vanilla. Light on the cocoa but outstanding as expected.

Smell. Vanilla cacao cinnamon. Taste. Thick creamy cacao much cinnamon and vanilla and nice slightly boozy finish with spicy mouthfeeling

Absolutely fantastic. The pure chocolate cacao nibs hits you right in the nostrils. Next is the cinnamon vanilla spice combo. The coffee takes over at first sip and stays till the long aftertaste. Delicious

Gyönyörűen jönnek a hozzáadott fűszerek és a hordó is. Az illata alapján édes sörre tippelnék,de nem az. Fűszeres,kissé száraz,szépen bújó alkohollal. Nagyszerű desszert!

Cinnamon vanilla strong and just enough cocoa and booziness to make it interesting. Bottled 8-12-2021. I feel like this has smoothed out over the year.
