Dark, rich, chocolate aromas with a sweet malt. Flavors are rich, sweet from the malts and with a touch of cinnamon and strong vanilla. Carbonation is medium. This is an amazing beer, with a warming from the spices and alcohol. Very enjoyable!

Bottled 9/21. Subtle cinnamon, coffee, cocoa, and bourbon. Not picking up much of the vanilla. I think this has mellowed out considerably over this last year. And Merry Christmas!!

Still get the coffee, BA, and cinnamon, and that's drinking it cold. Will let it warm a little and enjoy this more. After 2+ yrs this is still AWESOME!
