One seriously delicious brown ale. Definitive notes of rich coffee on the nose, more subtle on the palate, rich and boozy. Might be better if bottle/barrel (more if already) aged to stabilize it.

Smooth, balanced between sweet and barrel. Not bad for mass produced beers

Delivers the description on the bottle. You get the barrel, coffee and chocolate with sweetness and its very good. Only critique is a brown is a little thin to make this outstanding for my taste.

Solid brown. Really starting to like the barrel aged browns.

Quite nice. First brown ale I’ve enjoyed in quite a while.

Smoky smooth light tasting but heavy on the alcohol, 11%.

Barrel aged imperial brown ale almost reminiscent of a stout. Well done. Notes of vanilla.

Caramel. Nilla. Not much barrel presence but it's there. More on the nose. BIL

The first thing you taste is vanilla but still pretty good. Look forward to aging this, this may help.

Pours black with a white head. Lots of vanilla, cinnamon , smooth as velvet.

4.25; this tastes like rocky road swirl ice cream. Very good

Tastes like a barrel aged milk stout. Just a hint of coffee and chocolate, but an easy drinker. Definitely tasty.
