Nice balance between the bourbon, the malt and the bitters. Definitely a slow supper tho at 12%.

Poured out half, too big this late in the night. Ehh. Would not recommend, just too big a beer. Ok if you like brown sugar and bourbon flavors.

En tung fætter. Lidt for tung imo. En smule forvirrende smagsnuancer, men jeg har respekt for forsøget.

Cleaned out one of the beer corners. These are old and need to be tasted and disposed of 😳

Not getting ipa at all. More like a barrel aged barleywine which happens to have a slight bitter finish.

This is really interesting. Smells caramel, boozy, dank, happy. Tastes similar, almost like a wheat wine up front, then gets bitter.
