Danky, even a catty aroma. Flavour is also danky with some stone(d) fruits. Nicely creamy & somewhat balanced. 3.9

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2020)

Barrel aged and tart aroma. Oakey, vinous, sour and white curranty with very little carbonation. Promising, but a bit one dimensional.

Dry yet fruity!

Soft tropical hop juice! Apricot, peach, mango. Not very bitter, light malty body. Very sessionable. 3.9

Juicy, stone fruity, easy stuff. 3.6

Port winey and bourboney (are those even words?). Chocolate and grapes. Lovely, bit velvety mouthfeel. Someting between 4.00-4.25.

Nice viscosity, very dessert-like. Not sure, if this is worth the 40 €/bottle, though...

A bit of jasmine flower in the nose. Sweet, fruity and hoppy.

My sense of smell hasn't fully returned, but this one has a lovely fruity & citrusy aroma. Packs a nice punch with hops.

Tart apples and cinnamon and the warmth from chipotle. Very nice!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Not a huge fan of bourbon, but this beer might change things juuuust a bit. Wonderful, subtle orange and vanilla notes. And of course that lovely barrel aged booziness.

Blushing Monk

At the first bite, raspberry was pretty overwhelming and it was bit too sweet for my liking. But once I got past that, it's actually quite nice.

Nemesis (2021)

Thursday night beer. Deviously easy to drink. Wouldn't call this a barley wine, though.

Interesting! I don't recall having this style before. Fizzy, light and just a tiny bit sour. For some reason I taste a hint of vanilla in the end.
