Blushing Monk (2020)

Fruit Beer

When our love of fruit and our love of beer come together, Blushing Monk happens. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters. Think of Blushing Monk as Rubaeus’ older sibling – more intense, slightly larger and just a little bit more mature.

A very Belgian forward framboise compared to the other Blushing Monks, I feel it takes time to develop. As it is it is bready, with a raspberry fruit forwardness

I’d have to have this one and the Blushing Padre side to even try to determine which I like better. Delicious

No brainer, this is a personal fave-I WILL seek it out every year. Tart initially, but BA pulls it back to sweet, and INSANELY quaffable at 9.2% Founders BA series are NOT to be missed-impo ALL winners!
